Free BIPOC Yoga Training in Farmington
Yoga teacher Heather Rems Korwin and sound healer Kelvin Young will be hosting a free yoga training for BIPOC (Black, indigenous and people of color) workers who work in helping others. Taking place on October 18 and November 22 from 11:30am to 5:30pm at The Bridge in Farmington, the course will teach the benefits of yoga, a variety of poses and breathing techniques that can be taught to anyone, anywhere. The program is ideal for therapists, community workers, teachers and anyone who works in fields helping others.
There will be one to two additional Zoom meetings in between the sessions to practice and answer questions.
