Join in the fight against Lyme disease and tick-borne diseases for the Fourth Annual Walk/Run to Turn the Corner on Lyme, on behalf of Turn the Corner Foundation to raise funds for research and awareness. The event will take place on Sunday April 1 rain or shine at Sherwood Island State Park,  in Westport. Registration and check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. The event will include a 5K and 10K run, and a 1 1/2 mile and 3 mile walk within the park, information stations, music, food and more. Early registration fees are $25 per person, $70 per family, and children under 10 are free. Onsite registration fees are $35 per person, $80 per family and children under 10 are free.
