The Hummingbird Healing Center is Westport’s newest wellness destination, welcoming individuals and families alike, who want to experience the transformational power of sound through a variety of different modalities. The beautiful, newly renovated 2100 sq. ft. space is home to Connecticut’s first and only Harmonic Egg, a revolutionary energy healing therapy that uses frequencies, vibrations, sound waves and light waves to reset your body’s own natural ability to heal itself. We also offer group offerings, such as Sound Bath Meditations, and sell sound healing instruments and other products to help you on your journey within.

I’ve been on my own holistic healing journey for over four decades, managing chronic mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. I sought out holistic solutions to these challenges, but nothing has made more of an impact in my own life than the transformational power of sound.  

We use sound as our primary “gateway” to the healer within whether you are taking a private session in the sound and light chamber called the Harmonic Egg, attending a group Sound Bath Meditation or purchasing a frosted crystal bowl.

An individual Egg Session is 50 minutes inside the egg, but the entire session, including intake and post session integration, is about 75 minutes.

We are adding more group events as well private sound baths, a monthly Song and Chant Circles for Women, as well as collaborating with other local businesses and offerings Sound Bath Meditations in venues such as MoCA Westport (Museum of Contemporary Art) and Bridgewater Associates.
