Saturday Dharma & Morning Meditation
Join us for studies in dharma and meditation. Every week we will discuss various works on topics such as self-study, meditation, self-improvement, mindfulness, joy, and much more. The discussion will be followed by a 30 minute guided breath-based meditation. Start your weekend off with a clear and restful mind. Proceeds are donated to our charity of the month.
