‘Navigating the New Normal’ Presentation Talks Resilience with Grace

What a two years it has been dealing with COVID-19 and the disruption and upheaval in our lives. We have suffered losses, our patience and creativity strained, and often functioned on autopilot. Now things have eased and we are getting back to “normal”—but it feels strange and weird and not normal at all.

The Institute of Holistic Health Studies at Western Connecticut State University is presenting an event, “Navigating the New Normal”, during which speaker Christel Autuori, a Certified Holistic Stress Management Instructor and Board Certified Health and Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine coach, will share practical ways for you to navigate the new normal using inner resources we have developed in dealing with this pandemic. We will share tips and tools to create and maintain resilience, using grace, patience and humor. The presentation will be held at 7:30pm, November 2, at the WCSU Midtown Campus, in Danbury.

Cost is $20 for general admission; $10 for WCSU faculty, staff and alumni; and free for WCSU students. Proceeds from this program benefit the Institute for Holistic Health Studies at Western Connecticut State University.
