Flow to Fit Yoga Celebrates Seven Years with Open House
Southbury’s Flow to Fit Yoga marked its seventh anniversary on August 15. In honor of the occasion, an Open House will be held on September 10, from 10am to 3pm. All are invited to attend free yoga, Pilates and meditation classes in person (space is limited) or via zoom. There will also be a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training information session at noon, free mini-massages, raffle prizes and special discount pricing available for those who attend the Open House.
