Diane Nickleberg-Barnett and Catherine Barrett from Grounded Meditation are back at Transformation Center CT, in Westport, with their amazing outdoor Sound Baths, on June 8, from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Arrive early for a meditative Labyrinth Walk before the Sound Bath.

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience which calms the mind, body and soul as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other healing instruments. Mix in the sounds of nature, and it’s the formula for a perfect evening. Bring your own mat, blanket and any other props you desire: eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc. Space is limited.
