Winter Teacher Training at Yoga Culture
Yoga Culture, an Aligned Vinyasa yoga studio located in Danbury, is currently accepting applications for their Winter Teacher Training session, starting on October 26.
Yoga Culture’s training is perfect for advanced students looking to deepen
their knowledge of yoga anatomy, technique and philosophy or for those who wish to share their love of yoga by becoming instructors. Yoga Culture is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS). Those who complete this training are eligible to obtain a 200-hour RYT certification with Yoga Alliance.
In addition to Teacher Training, Yoga Culture has a number of other special offerings taking place this fall: Deepen your spinal mobility with “Anatomy and Asana of the Spine” on October 6; explore the shape of triangle pose and work through its various expressions in “Revolving Shapes Through Space: Triangle” on October 11; and build lower-body strength with “Tune Up Your Legs” on October 19. For meditative experiences, try “Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation and Relaxation” on October 4, “Super Deep Restorative” on October 7 or “Sound Bath Meditation” on October 18.
Yoga Culture’s mission is to introduce and teach Aligned Vinyasa yoga, to create space in the body for breath, to teach people to modify the yoga practice to serve their bodies and needs, to foster a yoga community in the greater Danbury area and to serve that community through charity.
