On June 23 from 11am to 3pm, certified life coach and bestselling author Lisa A. Romano will be discussing childhood programming, codependency, narcissistic abuse and what you can do to help reclaim your personal power. 

Participants in the event in Trumbull will learn about shame and why children from abusive and neglectful homes struggle to live authentic lives. Romano will speak about codependency, why so many adults struggle with not feeling good enough and the 1-2-3 Process.
