Sportsmanship Tactics for Life and Business
On May 16 at noon, the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) in Fairfield County is presenting an interactive experience with Joan Cavanaugh at a monthly chapter meeting to demonstrate how sportsmanship can heighten your chances for success in business.
Are you struggling without a coach to guide you? Do you ever wish you had a team to save the play? Are you finding yourself wanting to play a bigger game? Research demonstrates that females who play sports have better health, higher self-esteem, stronger leadership skills and greater economic opportunity.
Joan Cavanaugh is a Canon Businesswoman of the Year, co-author of Teeing Up for Success, and has had four careers spanning 45 years. She will share her compelling message on how women can earn parity in business through sportsmanship.
There is a $10 registration fee for members and guests. Walk-ins are welcome. Bring a brown bag lunch. Dessert and drinks will be served at the Ned Dimes Marina Clubhouse at Compo Beach.
NAPW is the largest networking organization in the country, with more than 850,000 women. The organization provides an interactive networking forum for aspiring entrepreneurs and executives to connect with other like-minded professionals.
