Woodbury’s Salt of the Earth Healing Arts Sanctuary and Wellness Center is planning a full roster of educational, inspiring and nurturing events this month to celebrate spring and inspire good health habits. May 13 Amp Up Your Life! Wellness Day will feature renowned health and raw food expert, microscopist and lymphatic massage specialist Paulo Fernandes of Energise for Life and Master Herbalist Andrea Candee, who will present on Integrative Approach to Lyme Disease Health. A vendor fair will include a variety of health and wellness products and services, while a variety of healing and spiritual programming will also occur upstairs at Inspirit Healing Studios.

From May 17-19 Melanie Sachs of Diamond Way Ayurveda will be at the sanctuary for a Kansa/Tibetan Ayurvedic facial workshop on May 17, then private appointments May 18 & 19. A certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, Melanie Sachs' skill as a teacher and therapist have made her sought after by some of the world's leading spas and beauty schools. Her book, Ayurvedic Beauty Care (Lotus Light Publications), is considered a must for those interested in natural and conscious body care.

On May 19 at 7pm renowned spiritual musician David Young will appear at the sanctuary’s Athena Hall for a meditative and soul-inspiring event. His soul ascension meditations and music are used by healers around the world to tune in and elevate the vibratory quality of their work. The evening will feature two meditation experiences and a group question-and-answer session and discussion afterward. Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 at the door. This event is likely to sell out, so ordering tickets early is strongly encouraged.

Salt of the Earth Healing Arts Sanctuary offers a tranquil place to refresh and renew in a house charged with energy of old.
