Hunter Healing Hands is now offering Empathy for the Empath, a monthly peer support group for empaths and energetically sensitive individuals. The first meeting will take place May 11 from 7 to 9pm.

The focus of the support group is to provide a constructive and nurturing environment for empaths to interact with others who understand the struggles and challenges of day-to-day life as an empath. It offers an opportunity to openly express experiences, and give and receive support with group members. Anyone over the age of 18 who is an empath, or struggling with navigating being an empath, is welcome to attend. The fee is $25 with pre-registration. Space is limited so registration is required.

Jessica Hunter, the owner of Hunter Healing Hands, is also offering an ongoing workshop, Energy Healing for the Empath – Self Healing and Survival Techniques for the Empathic Individual. This workshop provides the opportunity for empaths to learn skills and self-healing tools to assist them in managing how to work with being an empath in daily life. The workshop is offered in group format periodically throughout the year; it is also available all year for individuals by private appointment.
