Kristen Rzasa of Interplay Health and Beth Prins Leas of TLC Center in Norwalk are collaborating to offer their Reclaim Your Sparkle! retreat for women of all ages. Taking place from 1 to 5pm, May 18, this half-day workshop is designed to help women unplug and get away from it all for a few hours and get back to their sparkly, fun-filled self.  

The afternoon will be filled with mindful movement, soulful meditation, joyful play and a community of women. Reclaim Your Sparkle! is designed to be accessible to all women by offering a short retreat at a location in the heart of Fairfield County at a reasonable cost. The workshop will take place at Redding Meditation Center, located off Route 7 between Wilton and Ridgefield.
