Join Ms. Holly for a mindful movement class grounded in yoga poses, stress management, and nervous system regulation for middle school girls. Now, more than ever, it is important to support our young women with a safe space to come together in community as they navigate the world around them. Class includes a settling in practice, yoga sequence, breathwork, rest, & an activity allowing for reflection & creative expression. There are no have tos. New yogis welcome!
