Join us for a seasonal cooking class inspired by the flavors of Greece, where fresh, plant-based dishes meet the spirit of spring in the heart of the Mani Peninsula.

This April, join our founder, Christina Gdisis, for a cooking class that honors spring—a time of renewal and fresh beginnings. We’ll cook with seasonal, plant-based ingredients that bring the flavors of the Mani Peninsula, a beautiful region of southern Greece, right into your kitchen.

As we transition into Kapha season, we’ll prepare dishes that nourish the body and soul, balancing the heaviness of winter.

Here’s what we’ll be making:

Mani-Inspired Chickpea & Spinach Stew A heartwarming stew using chickpeas, fresh spinach, preserved tomatoes, and a burst of lemon—perfect for the changing seasons. We’ll discuss how this Mediterranean dish celebrates simplicity and seasonal abundance.

Lemon & Herb Olive Oil Cake A light, citrusy olive oil cake with fresh lemon and herbs. This dessert highlights how Greek flavors come together to celebrate spring, with bright, uplifting notes.
