Whatever your level of fitness, yoga is for you. If you run, hike, compete in sports, dance, or exercise on a regular basis, yoga is the perfect counterbalance to keep your body flexible and strong. Not to mention all the mental benefits that come from moving mindfully.
In this workshop, there will be a master flow followed by a break and brief discussion on the practicalities of how yoga postures can loosen tight areas specific to your chosen sport and build mental resilience, balance, and core strength. Some yoga experience is recommended but not required.
