Attending a sounds Bath near or around a full moon are a great way to release any emotions or patterns which no longer serve you. Lisa uses a wide palette of instruments including: Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, Symphonic gongs, Native American Flute, Shamanic percussion, drums, Shruti box and vocals.
