Wellness Wednesdays: Lunch Break at Dow’s • Are you feeling stressed out, or having difficulty sleeping? • Are you feeling overwhelmed and anxious? • Do you just need to find an easy and accessible way to ‘chill-out’ that has no side-effects and is good for you?
Julianne Roshan Dow invites you to a Hybrid (in-person & online) community gathering at the Dow Integrative Institute in Kent, CT on 3 Wednesdays in September/October to learn ways to help yourself (and others). We will experience breath practices and Jin Shin Jyutsu (like Chinese acupuncture, but without the needles) to create health and wellbeing. Julianne has been a life-long wellness and ethics educator (yoga, meditation, eastern healing modalities for people & animals) and Integrative Medicine practitioner/webinar presenter in hospitals and cancer facilities.
FREE and open to the public (ages 14 and up)! You can come to one, or all three sessions. If you are wanting to register as an online presence, you will receive a google link. Location: Dow Integrative Institute, 23 Maple St., Kent, CT 06757 Dates & Times: Wednesday, 9/11 from 12:15-12:35 pm EST Wednesday, 9/18 from 12:15-12:35 pm EST Wednesday, 10/2 from 12:15-12:35 pm EST You are welcome to arrive early at 12 under the covered patio in the back of the Institute, or log-in from home by 12:10. We begin promptly at 12:15. Please stay afterwards to eat your bag lunch until 1. Sun-tea (herbal and non) will be served. For inclement weather, we can move to the yoga studio on the second floor.
