Earth Offering & Altar - Bring a small natural item to honor your connection to nature (or collect something from outside our healing center).

Guided Meditation w/ a Sound Bowl - Focusing on grounding, centering, and preparing for new beginnings that accompany the approaching new season (winter).

Restorative Yoga - A few gentle, seated or reclined stretches for "sacred rest," or to prepare for the natural hibernation that comes with the colder months.

Releasing Ritual by Bonfire - Let go of whatever if not serving you (particularly stubborn negative elements sticking to you, before our final closing blessing.
