Reiki Levels I & II. What It's All About Welcome to Reiki I&II Certification Training, your first step along the Reiki path. The Reiki Level I attunement connects you to the source of healing energy so that you can begin channeling it. You will gradually become aware of what you need to do regarding your healing when you are connected to the Reiki Source through your hands. You may become more intuitive and psychic. As part of Reiki II, you learn the first three symbols. With this, you become capable of focusing healing on mental and emotional problems. In Reiki II, you will learn how to send a Distant Healing to others and to yourself through space and time, wherever and whenever you like. It has been reported that Reiki II increases Reiki energy. When Reiki energy is received, it works for the recipient's greatest and highest good, whether it's a person, place, object, animal, or situation. It can help you regain control of your body, mind, and spirit. With Reiki, healing is brought wherever it is needed by the person, animal, place, object, or situation. Despite its strength on its own, this course complements other healing modalities such as massage, chiropractic care, nursing, etc. This course requires no prior knowledge or experience, but an open heart and mind are essential
