Flow and Restore with Melissa Lemieux

Revive. Rest. Restore Embark upon an intentional journey as a collective. We begin with a 30 minute hatha flow, a set of physical postures and breathing techniques, practiced more slowly. Transitioning to a 45 minute restorative flow. A gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in restful poses with the support by props to enhance and deepen your experience. With the end goal to achieve a state of total relaxation and restoration. Ending with guided meditation and shavasana.
