This is a beginner level class that focuses on foundational work of Iyengar Yoga. Classes will consist of standing poses, that include lateral, forward bends and twisting poses to build strength, balance and improved flexibility. Seated and abdominal poses will also be taught. Clear, detailed instruction with focus on proper form and function will help you build a safe, fun and nurturing practice. You will be taught modifications for injuries so you understand how the poses work best for you according to your needs.
