Join Jennifer, Certified Yoga Instructor, in this safe 4 person class. The twist? Jennifer will be teaching live by video from Florida while you get the salt therapy! Yin Yoga is a slower-paced meditative practice where you sink into poses for 3-5 mins targeting the body's connective tissue. Benefits: reduces stress & anxiety, improves flexibility, fascia & flow of chi or prana. At this time, no props can be supplied by us so please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket & 2 blocks, if you have.
