Coach Amy is a certified professional coach and certified certified school counselor. Amy is a trained Core Energy (TM) Life Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. Amy earned her certification and training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, an ICF-accredited program. Amy is also a certified school counselor for the state of CT. She comes to Aspire with 24 years of counseling experience, and now she combines those skills with her coaching to provide her clients with an authentic experience in a safe place. Coach Amy's specialty is helping parents/caregivers, teens, and young adults with all their life transitions. Amy believes that self-awareness is the key to any action toward change. She provides a safe environment where clients feel comfortable sharing and brainstorming. Teens and young adults use this coaching time to have a person who listens to them, building trust so they can be the leader in solving their problems, and often this turns into goal setting and accountability. Parents, teens, and young adults work on social emptional issues that happen as they progress into their lives.
