Seeking Vendors and Attendees for Healthy Fall Events
Benefit Holistic Health Fair
A Benefit Holistic Health Fair to be held September 11, from noon to 4pm, at the VFW Hall in Plainville, is now accepting vendors. Applications for vendors can be found at YourHolisticEvents.com/fairs-vendorspeaker-application. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with vendors and exhibitors as they learn about available resources to help promote healthy living and overall well-being.
Donations of non-perishable food, toiletries and paper goods will be collected at the door of this fundraiser for the Plainville Food Pantry. Cash donations or checks may also be made to the Plainville Food Pantry. All door proceeds will help those in need throughout the year.
Vendors include: Natural Awakenings magazine, readers, fitness clothing, soaps, chocolates, crafts, Pure Posture, crocheted items, candles, CBD, soy candles, sound healing, natural minerals, T-shirts, salves, health resources, healing modalities, local art, Reiki, jewelry, balms, chiropractic, essential oils, honey, syrups, tinctures, natural and personal care products, natural supplements, crystals, auricular therapy and more.
9th Bi-Annual Passport to Health and Wellness Expo
The Northeast Holistic Community Professionals Chapters will present the 9th Bi-Annual 2022 Passport to Health and Wellness Expo on October 16, from 10am to 4pm, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol. The expo encourages attendees to interact with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and practitioners to learn more about the resources that are available to help promote healthy living and a healthy lifestyle, both by visiting their booths and by participating in scheduled events.
The expo will feature free raffles and a grand prize of an overnight Hilton stay with breakfast for two. There will also be a Sound Healing event on the patio with Fred Maerkle of Zentastic Wellness, from 4 to 5pm. Door proceeds will be donated to the CT Children’s Medical Center (ConnecticutChildrens.org) and The Hartford Hospital Integrative Medicines’ Debbie Bator Memorial Fund. Free tickets are available and the first 50 attendees will receive a complimentary gift. Register at tinyurl.com/PassportToHealthTickets2022.
Organizers expect over 600 attendees and over 75 exhibitors/speakers at this 9th Bi-Annual event, hosted by the Holistic Community Professionals of New England. It is promoted and advertised statewide with additional promotions by Hartford Hospital and CT Children’s Medical Center, as well as Natural Awakenings Magazine. Exhibitors will receive complimentary tickets for their guests to attend the event.
