I am a Certified Essential Oil Coach, Symphony of the Cells Educated Professional, Licensed Massage Therapist, world traveler and Adventure Bound Healer. I offer adventures in connection, helping men connect with themselves, and to begin the greatest adventure of their lives—through oils, touch and spoken word.

What drew you to this profession?
The work I do allows me to bring together all my passions: service, connection, travel and helping others reach their potential. What better way to spend your life than doing something that brings great joy!

How does your work differ from others in your profession?
My extensive travels and 28 years of corporate experience have given me the insight needed to guide men toward a better connection with themselves. This, in turn, will allow them to develop and stand true to their individual purpose, become connected with themselves and then the rest of the world. I work with you to develop a plan that will help support your body systems and maintain optimal health while providing education to support you on your journey.

What should someone expect from working with you?
An Adventure in Connection is unique to each of us. Sometimes it takes the form of a healing touch, sometimes self-discovery, and for others it is impacting the greater good through your grace. I offer you a look at each of these connections: healing, discovery and impact.

What changes do you plan in 2022?
In March of 2021 I officially launched my new brand, Adventures in Connection, a redesigned website and a new webcast series called “Living Lives”, where I interview a variety of guests with an emphasis on creating connections. We discuss ways of creating connections to ourselves and others. While women are always welcome, the focus of my business is helping men.

What is most important for Natural Awakenings’ readers to know?
I have been fortunate to be able to travel the world. My journey has been both in miles and in insight. I am completely honored and humbled to be able to integrate my love of every journey, both interior and exterior, with the healing properties of essential oils, massage and coaching. See ad, page 2.
