Classes, training and certification programs in cross-cultural energy medicine and contemporary
shamanism for Reiki and holistic practitioners including Andean mysticism, core shamanism, Usui and Karuna Reiki, Integrative Energy Therapy and more. Additional services include healing sessions, mentoring, intuitive readings and space clearings.

What first drew you to this profession?
I was first led to the field of holistic health from my own experiences of healing from major and minor health challenges, including a near-fatal car accident. I have found that a spiritually based, holistic and integrative approach provides maximum benefits for many health challenges including helping resolve trauma from the spiritual perspective. I felt naturally drawn to Reiki, bodywork, other forms of energy medicine and shamanic healing that offer possibilities of deep healing and self-empowerment.

How does your work differ from others in your profession?
I am a certified Usui and Karuna Reiki master teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy master instructor, licensed massage therapist and ordained minister. I have a master’s degree in integrative health studies, am an adjunct professor at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury and an advisory board member of the Institute of Holistic Health Studies. I’ve also participated in shamanic training with contemporary and indigenous shamans for over 15 years and been a healing arts practitioner for over 20 years.

What should someone expect from working with you?
My sessions and classes are personalized, practical, down-to-earth, spiritually based and educational. They are designed to empower and support each individual’s spiritual path and healing journey.

What changes do you have planned for 2022?
In addition to new class offerings, I am planning to support clients and students through increased mentoring and writing.
