As a licensed naturopathic physician, I utilize comprehensive assessments in conjunction with innovative and standard laboratory testing to develop tailored health plans that encourage the body’s inherent ability to heal. 

What drew you to this profession?
Having experienced the benefits and practice of naturopathic philosophy firsthand, I have a strong desire to aid others on their health journey. I seek to understand and clarify the “whys” while assisting patients in the application and maintenance of a healthier life.

How does your work differ from others in your profession?
In addition to a general family practice, my area of specialty lies in optimizing digestive and brain health with a focus on neurodegenerative and neuropsychological conditions.

What should someone expect from working with you?
There are a variety of therapies and services I am trained in, including nutritional and lifestyle counseling, herbal medicine, vitamin and mineral supplementation, homeopathy, physical manipulation, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy and LENS neurofeedback.

What changes do you plan in 2021?
My mission is to continue bringing preventative advice to the forefront of health care. This will not only educate patients, but also enable all healthcare practitioners involved in the care of my patients to collaborate and collectively improve the quality of life for those we seek to serve.
