On March 9, Earth Animal, a holistic pet store in Westport, had the great pleasure of presenting a truly large check to the Connecticut Food Bank—a donation of more than $37,200 as a result of their fall and winter fundraising projects, including farmers’ markets, mask sales, Mitten Project and more.

“We’re so grateful to our customers and community for coming together through many initiatives to make this contribution to the CT Food Bank and make a difference for the many local families it serves,” says a spokesperson at Earth Animal. “Thank you to the Connecticut Food Bank for their wonderful support over 13 years of partnership, and for all they do for children and families in need in Connecticut.”
