The Angel Cooperative, a unique lifestyle boutique and workshop space in Ridgefield, is hosting several events this month to celebrate Earth Day and work through healing from the trauma of the last year.

This month’s Angel Circle will focus on Amatiel and Ariel to honor Earth Day, and be held April 8 at 12:30pm and April 12 at 6:45pm. Amatiel holds dominion over the season of spring. Ariel’s name means “Lioness of God” and governs water and air. Join in a sacred circle that includes: crystals, a guided meditation, a channeled reading for each participant and historical and spiritual information about these angels. Please register, as each circle is limited to 10 participants. 

The Angel Cooperative also offers an ongoing free event called “Wisdom and Healing as We Move through COVID: A Healing Experience” with the founder of The Colette Technique, Denise Lamoureux. This month, it will be held on April 9 at 7pm (doors open at 6:45pm). This event focuses on healing from the challenges we have faced this past year and learning how to move forward.

On Earth Day, April 22, Christy Abate, Alison DeNicola and Casey Potetz will host “Ground the Earth, Ground to Your Body” during two time slots: 2 to 4pm or 6 to 8pm. In Chinese Medicine, the Earth Element is all about transformation, courage, holding the body and organs upright, the sense of taste, the body’s muscles, and the color yellow. In Ayurveda, spring healing is all about the remedy to Kapha—earth and water. Earth Day is a great day to honor all of the elements while reconnecting to the elemental parts of ourselves. Attendees will experience community acupuncture, guided meditation, sound bowls, oracle reading and an Earth blessing.
