Harmony Yoga has now reopened its doors for in-person classes. All class members must bring their own mat and props and wear masks into the studio (masks may be removed once they reach their mat). There will be touchless sign-in and temperatures will be taken; mats will be set six feet apart. Classes will still be available via Zoom for students who do not wish to come into the studio.

Upcoming classes include Earth Element to ground and feel safe on Wednesdays at 8am; Gentle Yoga with Restorative Poses on Wednesdays at 9:30am; and Move and Groove Harmony Yoga on Saturdays at 8am.

Also, a new series of Outdoor Sunset Yoga begins October 1 through November 2 on Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm, at the Overlook Terrace at Knobloch Family Farmhouse. The class is led by Carol Shwidock, a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Occupational Therapist, Reiki Master, and owner of Harmony Yoga Studio. Space is limited to allow for social distancing and pre-registration is required.
