Summary/services offered:
I am a speaker, educator, licensed massage therapist in the state of Connecticut and certified essential oil coach. I have studied the use of essential oils in the treatment of trauma, as well as using Symphony of the Cells protocols to support healthy body system response to maintain balance and harmony.

What drew you to this profession?
I especially enjoy sharing the benefits of dōTERRA Essential Oils, and I teach numerous classes on how they can be used in the home or office setting to enhance mood and support the body’s natural processes of healing.

What sets your work apart from others in your profession?
I have traveled the world, which allowed me to experience many types of massage and bodywork in various locales. I bring all of my experience to a client session and design a treatment plan that best fits the needs of my clients.

What should someone expect from working with you?
You will receive individualized treatment based on your specific needs. I focus on the individual in a clean and relaxing atmosphere and tailor my guidance to create a plan designed just for you.

What changes do you plan in 2020?
I will be integrating Symphony of the Cells protocols into my massage practice. The method balances the body physically, spiritually and emotionally. I will be educating clients about how the systems of the body relate to each other and how massage and essential oils help provide balance.

What is most important for Natural Awakenings’ readers to know?
I am committed to living a balanced life. I have 28 years of corporate business experience and community leadership. I was also the recipient of the 2014 Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut Heart of the Arts Award and the 2011 Ridgefield Arts Council Behind the Scenes Award.
