Summary/services offered:
We offer an integrated approach to mental health counseling for all ages that includes a specialty in trauma and Cluster B personalities.

What drew you to this profession? 
We all have a desire to assist individuals to find peace in their lives in addition to becoming the best version of themselves. 

How does your work differ from others in your profession?
We meet the client where they are in the process and offer psychotherapy as well as alternative modalities such as meditation, yoga and psychopharmacology under one roof. 

What should someone expect from working with you?
That if they are ready to do the inner work our practice provides every individual with compassion, nonjudgment, trust, empathy, love and peace. 

What changes do you plan in 2021?
We moved to a larger space and will be offering more therapeutic groups.  We also provide both in office and telehealth
