Adam’s House Fall Offerings
Adam’s House in Shelton, the setting where The Adam Wysota Foundation offers grief education and peer support to families with children who have lost a loved one, has a variety of events planned for fall.
Speaking with Spirits—a full weekend of events with psychic mediums Angela Dupree and Lisa Rolleri and tarot card reader Sally Russo—takes place October 26 through 28.
At 7pm on October 26, attendees can connect with loved ones and receive messages from the crossed-over during an intimate gallery reading (only 15 tickets will be available). Tickets are $50 each and include one drink and light bites, plus a post-event “meet-the-medium” opportunity.
At 11am on October 27, guests will have a chance at connecting with the crossed-over during group reading sessions. Two sessions of no more than 30 people will be offered. Each $40 ticket includes one complimentary mimosa and brunch bites, plus a post-event “meet-the-medium” opportunity.
From 9am to 4pm on October 28, participants can make a deeper connection with a loved-one to receive messages they need to hear. Private 30- or 60-minute readings can be scheduled with one of three gifted psychics.
Additionally, the foundation has announced its Fall FIG Training. FIG stands for “Friend in Grief,” and this training will help you become a friend to a child who has lost a parent or sibling. Participants must attend all three sessions to qualify as volunteers in the program. Cost is $100, which includes cost of materials and a background check. Training will be held from 5 to 8pm on November 7 and 8, and from 9am to 3pm on November 9.
