Natural Awakenings Fairfield & Southern Litchfield Counties

Spring Festival By the Baby Yagas

On April 13, the CWPN will be presenting its Spring Festival by the Baby Yagas at Sticks & Stones Farm in Newtown. This event will combine the celebration of Ostara and Betaine—the last two spring celebrations. The day event, held from 10am to 5pm, will include: ritual, maypole, craft class, vendors, egg hunt, nature walk, drumming, bonfire, food truck and prize drawings. It will be held outside, rain or shine.

The CWPN, Inc., is a not-for-profit educational and networking organization dedicated to meeting the needs of the greater Wiccan and Pagan community in Connecticut and surrounding areas. The goal was, and is, to help provide a forum for Wiccans and Pagans to meet others of “like mind” and to come together and worship in a safe environment. Their hope has been to construct a sense of “community” in which we can all share with and learn from one another.
