Natural Awakenings Fairfield & Southern Litchfield Counties

Second Saturday Cacao and Sound Ceremony

On December 8 from 8 to 10pm, come celebrate community and self-healing during an evening exploring cacao, an ancient plant medicine that has been used for hundreds of years to facilitate ceremony and celebration. It is known for its heart-opening and communication-enhancing abilities. This class, hosted by Valley Spirit Cooperative & Wellness Center, runs year-round.

The focus of this ceremony will be “the journey inward” as Sean Flanagan and Pauline Koinis offer support and guidance to connect with the heart. The sound healing and meditations will help support people’s experience of connecting with their bodies and opening their hearts. A safe environment will be created and held throughout the ceremony, allowing people the opportunity to be fully present and experience another way of “be-ing”.

The event is $35 for pre-registered attendees and $40 at the door.
