More than #MeToo Event at Grace Farms
On June 15 from 7:30 to 9pm, join Grace Farms Foundation and Jane Doe No More for a free, powerful discussion about sexual assault, victim support and the importance of accurate police reporting. Grace Farms’ monthly Community Dinner will be held before the program from 6 to 7:30pm.
The evening will feature guest panelists Donna Palomba, a survivor of sexual assault and the president/founder of Jane Doe No More, along with Mayor Neil O’Leary of Waterbury and the former Waterbury police chief involved in the investigation of Palomba’s assault. Additional panelists include Dylan Farrow, who will speak about the 1993 investigation of her sexual assault allegations against her adoptive father, actor and director Woody Allen. She will be joined by Hadar Lubin, MD, co-director of the Post Traumatic Stress Center in New Haven and assistant clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Rod Khattabi, director of safety and justice initiative advisor at Grace Farms Foundation, and a former federal agent who has investigated a variety of federal criminal violations.
The price for the community dinner is $11 for adults and $6 for children.
