New Milford’s Paul’s Custom Pet Food (PCPF) is now offering clients their signature, locally sourced, handmade, human-food-for-pets through a subscription plan that makes purchasing simple and seamless. The service is for those living in Litchfield or Fairfield Counties in Connecticut, and Manhattan or Westchester County in New York. The door-to-door delivery is free. 

    Paul Gallant and Lynn Felici-Gallant founded Paul’s Custom Pet Food in 2014 after witnessing the healing power that fresh food and herbal medicine had on their own dog, a Golden Retriever named Hunter. Ever since, the couple have wanted to offer a subscription service that is convenient and helps pet parents save money. They spent the last year upgrading their website in order to do so. 

“We believe the idea of knowing where your food comes from should extend to our furry family members,” said Felici-Gallant. “We’ve spent the past four years developing relationships with farmers, local merchants, veterinarians and animal nutritionists so we can tell people exactly what they are feeding their dog or cat, how it’s made, and the reasons it is healthful and beneficial. We’re totally transparent, as all pet food makers should be.”
