Eyecare Associates, PC is pleased to introduce new associates joining the multi-location practice. Dr. Omar Munshi and Dr. Tanya Ayzikovich, a SUNY resident, will join Drs. Stephen Carr, Narvan Bennett and Randy Schulman.

After graduating from Salus University as an optometrist, Bennett returns to the office where he has worked for six years, first as a technician, and then a vision therapist and consultant while a student at Fairfield University. He specializes in the treatment and management of ocular disease, dry eye, and behavioral vision care and vision therapy.

Ayzikovich is the practice’s first resident from SUNY in its vision rehabilitation and vision therapy residency program. She will focus on vision therapy and vision rehabilitation, and establishing a neuro-vision rehabilitation clinic.

Munshi, Ayzikovich and Schulman are also partnering with Dr. Steven Shaby to offer services in Stamford. As a long-time faculty member at SUNY College of Optometry,  Shaby has taught primary care optometry as well as vision therapy, developmental vision and head trauma rehabilitation.
