Join Tanya Murphy and Theresa Crisci on February 3 and 4 for an immersive retreat experience at a Fairfield County location. In Ignite Your Heart’s Desire – Turn Your Daydreams Into Reality, you will discover your “True North”. The workshop will take place from 9am to 5pm on Friday, and from 9am to noon on Saturday.

Setting positive intentions that will last a lifetime, you will create your own toolbox of processes and practices to help you unleash your full potential. Space is limited to 10 participants. The fee for the two-day workshop is $195; scholarships are available. The price includes all materials, snacks and beverages. Attendees are asked to bring their own lunch. 

Tanya Murphy, MA, COC, is a spiritual life coach. She created The Heart’s Desire Method, a series of techniques to develop and carry out strategies and plans for creating positive change. Theresa Crisci, founder of Total-balance Life Choice, is a massage therapist with training in mindfulness, meditation, Trager Method, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and more.
