A Writing as Medicine workshop is being presented in Stamford by Marianela Medrano, PhD, and Nancy Scherlong, LCSW, on December 3 from 10am to 5pm.

This workshop is designed for those who would like an in-depth experience of writing as medicine. This is an experiential and didactic workshop using some of the basic tenets of mindfulness practice, including calm abiding, non-attachment, compassionate acceptance, breathwork and meditation.

The cost is $100 per person. Bring lunch to the event.
