The virtual gastric band is a five-session hypnosis program available in private or group sessions. It is a non-surgical technique which uses the power of hypnosis to retrain you to be satisfied with smaller amounts of food. This allows you to eat what you want, but causes you to take in smaller portions. One of the biggest benefits of this program is that you can make small, realistic changes you can actually live with.

Whereas the actual medical procedure reduces the physical size of the stomach, the virtual gastric band can achieve the same result quickly and privately—without the lengthy delay of hospital waiting lists—and no costly invasive surgery, risks or need for ongoing medical treatment.
