Get Fresh With Halo Studios on Tuesdays

Fresh produce from small local farms can now be waiting for you at Halo Studios every Tuesday because the wellness studio has become a Field Goods delivery location. Bags come in four sizes with prices ranging from $16 to $32 a week. The weekly delivery consists of five to eight freshly-harvested fruits and vegetables. Fresh pasta, artisan bread, local dairy, additional fruit and more can be added as extras or delivered weekly. If you are traveling, your delivery account can be put on hold and restarted when you return.

As an example, a May delivery might consist of cherries, rainbow Swiss chard, orange beets, spicy salad mix, sugar snap peas and fiddleheads. Winter products include an array of frozen local produce, mushrooms, apples, winter veggies (potatoes, carrots, cabbage, winter squash) and greenhouse products.

Field Goods, located in Athens, New York, offers a subscription-based service that delivers produce from small farms to employees and consumers at workplaces and community sites throughout the year. Halo Studios is home to nine independent businesses: Pryority, Physical Therapy and Integrative Medicine, Nearwater Pilates, Bodymechanics, Sama Yoga Center, Halo Fitness, New Canaan Racquet Club, an organic café and a pro shop.
