On October 8 from 9:45–11:30 am, the Yoga Healing workshop with copperGrace yoga & meditation will take place at The Benedictine Grange in Redding. Rosa Esposito, assisted by Jean Daniello, will lead the morning event. Both are yoga teachers with Yoga Alliance with E-YT 200-hour certifications.

Explore the practice of the body postures, breath work, sacred scriptures, song praise, essential oils from the Bible, and meditation as a vehicle to bring about an alert calmness to be able to hear God’s voice. All are welcome—ecumenical and interfaith—to the faith community circle. The suggested offering is $28 (cash or check) at the door. Props needed, if available, are a mat, blanket and blocks.
