Local yoga and meditation teacher Alison DeNicola has authored the MUDRAS for Awakening the Energy Body deck and book set with artist Sabina Espinet. Published by US Games Systems, the card deck presents 40 cards representing chakras and hand mudras for awakening energy and whole body wellness. The 112-page guidebook offers instructions, health benefits and guided practices. The set will be available December 1 at local yoga studios or online at USGamesInc.com.
