Combine Self-Inquiry and Art with Soul Collage
The one-day Introductory SoulCollage classes will be offered on three separate days: October 5 (10:30am to 1pm), 6 (1 to 3pm) and 21 (7:30 to 10pm). Attendees will learn more about SoulCollage and make one or two cards with Zelie Pforzheimer. Classes are $35 per person.
SoulCollage was developed by Seena Frost in the early 21st century as a vehicle for self-inquiry, understanding and healing. It melds the practice of creating art – small collages using images cut out of magazines, cards and books – with meditation. SoulCollage is taught in 23 countries by more than 2,500 facilitators. As with yoga and meditation, SoulCollage as a practice can deepen over time and can be used to create flow on a daily basis.
Zelie Pforzheimer has been creating cards for more than 20 years and came to the practice of SoulCollage after attending a week-long seminar at The Esalen Institute in California.
