The 4th Annual Stamford Hospital Health Wellness & Sports Expo 2015 will take place at Chelsea Piers Connecticut in Stamford. Offered 9am-4pm on October 17 and 11am-4pm on October 18, the expo features complimentary health screenings for adults by Stamford Hospital, children’s activities, athlete appearances plus the latest information, products, services and demos from over 90 exhibitors and more. Admission and parking are free. Expo 2015 kicks off on Saturday at 8:30am with the Run Walk for Health & Hunger, a 5K to benefit The Food Bank.

New attractions include the Microsoft F.I.T. Zone with interactive fitness/technology exhibits; the Shark Tank Health Zone featuring health, wellness and sports businesses from the TV show; and the Dance Zone with Dance with Me Stamford. The latter offers the chance to win a Meet and Greet with Maks, Tony or Val from Dancing with the Stars. Also new is the Passport For Life, enabling attendees to record their screening results and collect stamps from visiting exhibitors. Those with 40 stamps will receive a complimentary day pass to Chelsea Piers Connecticut. There will be a silent auction and hourly raffles for healthy prizes; a free raffle ticket is given to those bringing nonperishable food for The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County.
