The mission of the Sticks and Stones Farm Love & Light Female Empowerment Day is to equip women with information and tools to take charge of their own mental, physical and spiritual health. The event will take place on September 12 from 10am to 4pm at Sticks and Stones Farm in Newtown.

Celine Currier will lead the gathering with support from local expert facilitators. Attendees will learn to use healing tools such as yoga, meditation, food, essential oils, flower essences, gardening, positive thinking and writing to feel empowered to take charge of their own well-being.

The fee for the day is $60 a person or $100 for two people. Food will be provided.
