Dr. K. Virdee, a naturopathic physician, has joined the wellness team at Shalva Clinic, LLC. She completed a general medicine residency at Southwest Naturopathic Medical Center, from which she brings specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders, attention and hyperactivity disorders and erectile dysfunction. She enjoys working with men and children and describes her mission as one that, “makes women’s lives better by helping husbands and children.” She strongly believes parents play an important role in modeling healthy living to their children and provides fathers the tools necessary to become more active participants in their own wellness.

  In addition to her naturopathic physician training, Virdee has received training in intuitive craniosacral therapy, a gentle touch therapy that can be helpful in cases of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorders. She also has training in Mayan Uterine Massage, an external abdominal and pelvic massage that she uses for lower abdominal complaints as well as uterine fibroids.
