Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend Returns
The holiday season will come to life in downtown Greenwich during the 6th Annual Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend, taking place on December 6 from 10am to 6pm and December 7 from noon to 5pm.
This annual event will include horse-drawn carriage rides, carolers, musicians, professional ice sculptors, bouncy castles for children, food vendors, a Greenwich Art Council family art workshop, and more than 100 participating retailers and restaurants offering special promotions, refreshments and holiday cheer. A new attraction this year, in front of First United Methodist Church of Greenwich, is a live nativity scene featuring a camel, llama, cow, donkey and five sheep. A visit with live reindeer and photos with Santa at McArdle’s Florist & Garden Center Center completes the event.
During the Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend, $5 from every photo with Santa and $5 from every wreath purchased at McArdle’s will be donated to Kids in Crisis. The Greenwich Holiday Stroll Weekend was created and is produced by TMK Sports & Entertainment, LLC, a Greenwich-based event marketing company.
